The Congressional Black Caucus supported the Tax Relief and Health Care Act, H.R. 6111, which included the offshore oil drilling provisions it opposed 29-9 earlier in the year. The CBC voted in favor of the tax bill by 27-7 with opponents including: Conyers, Hastings, Jackson, Lee, Meek, McKinney, & Payne. Fattah, Ford and Watson did not vote.

Congressional Black Caucus Supports Tax Relief Act
The Congressional Black Caucus supported the Tax Relief and Health Care Act, H.R. 6111, which included the offshore oil drilling provisions it opposed 29-9 earlier in the year.
